    This native wine pairs perfectly with any kind of cold cut, especially cured ham. Fish-base first courses, grilled white meat and young raw milk cheese.

  • Pinot Grigio

    Very versatile and universal, from cold cuts to fish-based first courses, Pinot Grigio della Tenuta Pribus is also ideal with grilled white meat.

  • Ribolla Gialla

    Excellent wine for aperitifs. Ideal for pairing with most fish-based dishes.

  • Sauvignon

    Excellent wine for aperitifs. Its freshness means it can be served with a variety of fish-based dishes, especially shellfish. Excellent with vegetable soup.

  • Ribolla Gialla Brut

    Excellent wine for aperitifs. Ideal for pairing with most fish-based dishes, risotti and white meats.

  • Merlot

    Mature wine easily paired with red meat. It expresses its elegant with first courses made of game. Ideal with aged cheeses.

  • Cabernet

    Excellent with all types of red meat; sublime with Florentine steaks, goulash, aged cheeses, especially Montasio stravecchio or Parmigiano Reggiano.

  • Pinot Nero

    Ideal with white meat and lamb, Pinot Nero is the only red wine that can also be paired with fish dishes.

  • Refosco dal P.R.

    In general, with all game and chargrilled red meat. Excellent with aged cheeses.

  • Refosco dal P.R.

    Refosco represents the tradition of Friuli and is, therefore, excellent with aged salami or ‘soppressa’. Sausage and polenta are ideal for bringing out the flavour of this robust wine. Grilled red meat and game also make good pairings.

  • Merlot

    Merlot is a soft, well-balanced wine and ideal for drinking during a meal. It goes well with roast or grilled red meat dishes, stews, boiled meats, cheeses, risottos and first courses with elaborate sauces.
